The Bitfreighter User Tournament is the ultimate experience for our customers to connect, learn, and give back. This full-day event, in Nashville, TN, on August 11th, 2025, is designed to bring together over 150 like-minded executives from freight and logistics companies that rely on Bitfreighter, fostering invaluable networking opportunities.
With over 25 sponsors, including Bitfreighter partners and top freight tech companies, you’ll have the chance to connect with industry leaders, explore cutting-edge solutions, and collaborate on best practices.

Beyond business connections, this year’s event is dedicated to raising funds for the ALS Association in memory of Karen Cameron, the late mother-in-law of our CEO, Brad Perling.
Together, we aim to make an even greater impact on the fight against ALS, building on the $30,000 raised over the last two years.
WHAT THIS EVENT MEANS
I've been attending the Karen Cameron User Golf Tournament and Tech Summit since it began, and 2025 will be my third year. It's one of those events I circle on the calendar early-not just for the golf, but because of the people and the purpose behind it.
As someone who's worked in this industry for years it means a lot to reconnect with folks I know personally and professionally. Getting to support ALS research in Karen Cameron's name brings a real sense of meaning to the day.
Brad and I go way back to our time at Cavalry Logistics, and now his company. Bitfreighter, is a valued vendor of ours-so there's a lot of history and respect that makes this event even more special.
You get to do life with your community, support a great cause, and have a lot of fun while you’re at it. If you’re thinking about coming for the first time-trust me, you won't regret it.

The Karen Cameron User Golf Tournament and Integrated Tech Summit is our favorite event of the year! Brad and his team have an undeniable passion for this cause, which motivates River City to participate and advocate for it so deeply.
Philanthropy and community are two of our core values at River City Logistics. Being a founder and a business owner extends much further than running a business. What truly matters is being an active community member, and supporting your employees, customers, vendors, and friends.
River City will continue to support this event to the fullest, because we want to spend time with great people who support great causes.
Chris Brewer, CEO | River City Logistics
